ABOUT US

Our Carers Are the Finest

A Caring Heart was established by a group of registered nurses who through their work encountered individuals who were unhappy with the domiciliary care they were receiving. The complaints shared by individuals included:

- Inconsistent visit times, like the morning call being at 06:30 AM one day and 11:30 AM the next.

- The bedtime call being at 6 PM to accommodate the caregivers’ schedules rather than the service users’ needs/preferences.

- Rushed visits leading to heavy handed handling during care.

Elderly Support Interaction

A Caring Heart was set up to change that, to offer an alternative service that is genuinely person centred.

At A Caring Heart, we are dedicated to providing a person-centered service that prioritises continuity of care and ensures that clients have control over their care and access to the people managing their care.

We believe in developing personal relationships with our clients and ensuring that what we do is based on the client’s preferences. Our visits are scheduled at a time that suits the client, fostering a respectful environment where dignity is maintained.

We are committed to being trustworthy and respectful, providing compassionate care delivered with kindness. Our goal is to empower those we give care to, so that they can make their own decisions while ensuring their safety is never compromised.

We understand the importance of having time to talk, and we operate an open-door policy for clients and their families to discuss any concerns, ensuring that all needs are met in a manner that aligns with their wishes.

We welcome inquiries from adults seeking guaranteed high-quality care.

"For five years I have cared for my husband in good and bad days but some days I felt lost and alone. Then A Caring Heart came into our lives and all I can say is they live up to the name and with their help I can go on for longer and I don’t feel so alone."

Heartfelt Care Testimonials

"We have all the support we need and I would recommend them to anyone needing care. A Caring Heart is a really appropriate name."
"We are so happy, and we feel so much more relaxed. We don’t feel alone anymore.

I put it in a poem:

A Caring heart is the name,
No one has cared quite the same,
Nothing is too much,
It's sorted with a gentle touch."
