Are You Tired of Your Domiciliary and Live in Care Expectations Not Being Met?

A Caring Heart was established by a group of registered nurses who through their work encountered individuals who were very unhappy with the domiciliary care they were receiving. The complaints shared by individuals included:

- Inconsistent visit times, like service users being woken up at 06:30 AM one day and 11:30 AM the next.
- Service users being put to bed at 6 PM to accommodate the caregivers’ schedules rather than the service users’ needs.
- Rushed visits leading to heavy handed handling during care.
- Insufficient time for meaningful interpersonal relationships.

A Caring Heart was set up to change that, to offer an alternative service that is genuinely person centred.

At A Caring Heart, we are dedicated to providing a person-centered service that prioritizes continuity of care and ensures that clients have control over their care and access to the people managing their care.

We believe in developing personal relationships with our clients and ensuring that what we do is based on the client’s preferences. Our visits are scheduled at a time that suits the client, fostering a respectful environment where dignity is maintained.

We are committed to being trustworthy and respectful, providing compassionate care delivered with kindness.

Our goal is to empower those we give care to so that they can make their own decisions while ensuring their safety is never compromised.

We understand the importance of having time to talk, and we operate an open-door policy for clients and their families to discuss any concerns, ensuring that all needs are met in a manner that aligns with their wishes.

We welcome inquiries from adults seeking guaranteed high-quality care.
